ATARs released this week
NSW HSC students will find out their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) this Thursday 14 December. The ATAR is the rank used by universities to select school leavers for entry into university courses.
By 9am on Thursday 14 December, UAC will send students an email with a quick link to the ATAR login. If they’re a UAC applicant they’ll also receive the link via SMS. They'll need their NESA student number and UAC PIN to log in.
Students will also be able to access and store their ATAR in the free digital wallet, CredFolio. More information and registration details will be sent to students soon.
Students with questions about their ATAR can call UAC’s ATAR Enquiry Centre on (02) 9119 5012 on the following days:
- Thursday 14 December 8.30am to 6.30pm
- Friday 15 December 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Monday 18 December 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 19 December 8.30am to 4.30pm.
UAC's Customer Service call centre will be open as usual from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays and to 6.30pm on Friday 15 December, to take general queries.
Students have until 11.59pm on Friday 15 December to change their preferences for December Round 2 offers on Thursday 21 December.
For those who haven’t applied, it’s not too late – applications for university study in first semester 2023 are open until Friday 2 February 2024.
